The President and CEO is George W. Kuhn, age 50. George has been in the propane business
for 34 years, working since high school for his father's propane gas company
located in Germantown, Ohio: George E. Kuhn & Co. has been in existence since 1908
and still services its home heating customers in the area.

George W. Kuhn worked in all facets of the propane business before starting
National Safe*T*Propane, Inc. in 1996, followed by Nationwide Safe*T*Propane, Inc. in 2001.
He has developed a proprietary computer system for tracking and delivery of propane motor fuel.
His efficient utilization of the Safe*T*Cylinder® provides for maximum profits,
both for the company and its customers.
He is a 1979 graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelors of Business Administration.

David M. Imsande, age 62, is the company's CPA and was a former partner in a regional CPA firm
for 30 years in Southwestern Ohio. The firm grew to one of the top 30 CPA firms in the United States.
Mr. Imsande has a Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University
with a major in behavorial management.

Jay Kothari, age 36, is the company's Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Kothari has a Bachelors of Science in Finance from Purdue University and vast experience in International Relations and Operational Management. He has assisted in new start up ventures in India, South America and Russia and has served on the board of three multinational corporations.
